Angela and Steve’s winter wedding at St Ives was full of Christmas cheer.
After Angela and Steve’s Cambridge engagement session earlier in the year I was so looking forward to their wedding at Willingham Auction House. A different venue for a wedding reception, but Angela went to great trouble making it magical. Being a winter wedding just before Christmas it was full of Xmas trees, fairy lights and plenty of roaring fires, it was freezing!
Both Angela and Steve got ready in their family home, a first for me, and I loved it. So much going on and I got to witness both aspects of the pre-wedding prep.
Steve left in good time in his Porsche 911, very nice! We made sure to get a nice portrait of them both with his car on-route to the reception.
The wedding ceremony was amazing, St Ives Methodist Church is a lovely space, loads of lighting pouring in and the vicar was great fun.
Huge thanks to my second shooter, Marius Tudor, awesome as always my friend.
Below are a few favs from us both.
