Yorkshire is a beautiful place, so you can imagine I was so thrilled to return as a Denton Hall Wedding Photographer to document Hannah and Adam’s wedding.

Heading back up to Yorkshire has been an early 2018 highlight for me. Three years ago I shot Harriett and Alex’s Ilkley wedding, in fact, Harriett was one of Hannah’s bridesmaids, so it was excellent seeing her and Alex again. But more recently I’d shot one of my favourite ever engagement sessions on Ilkley Moor. I remember we had a crazy sunset that day and luck would have it we were blessed with another fabulous sunset at Denton Hall for Hannah and Adam’s wedding. In Yorkshire?! I know, rainbows and everything!

Michelle and Rena of Boxtree Events organised a brilliant Denton Hall wedding, the venue looked sensational and the food was some of the best I’ve ever tasted at a wedding. And the wedding cake by Patisserie Viennoise, OMG! Thanks for looking after us.

Hannah and her bridesmaids got ready in the bridal suite, with champagne corks flying and a VW camper van waiting to drive them to St Helen’s church down the lane it was so much fun. I’m a huge VW fan, I actually owned a Split screen camper for 8 years, so I was excited to see Liberty Campers immaculate example.

With rain threatening all day we managed to get through the day without a drop, it meant we had moody skies, but I love that and it makes for some great light. The sun actually showed its face for the last 20 mins of the day and treated everyone at Denton Hall to a stunning double rainbow and a fabulous sunset. Thank you Yorkshire!

Big thanks to my main man Marius Tudor for second shooting again. Below you can see he is risking life and limb getting a crazy cake cutting shot, respect my friend!
