Mike contacted me end of last year about potentially shooting his wedding. As you do, I did a little digging and found out that he is an incredible commercial photographer who flys all over the World shooting sail boats (check out www.waterlinemedia.com). No pressure then!!
Lara, his fiancée, was a joy to hang out with all day. The morning with her family and friends was so much fun, a hive of activity as they prepared themselves and their home for the garden wedding reception.
Bembridge on the Isle of Wight is a little corner of heaven. The beach is stunning and we managed to get 10 mins of sunset later that evening. A scorching hot summers day we were thankful to dip our toes into the sea.

For the geeks out there this was the first wedding I used my new Sony a9. It’s sensational! More on that later.
